These are printed on Cotton paper. Simply cut around the tag and sew or adhesive spray to apply.  You get 8 tags that measure 2 1/2 x 3 inches and 3 smaller ones are 1 3/4 x 3 to 1 1/2 x 3".    Snowman in picture is an example from a customer.
