I thought this design was such a cute idea!  Sleigh Traffic Controllers are a design by Karen Wisner from her book Country Seasons Vol. 4.  You will receive 8 pieces of ¼” and ½” wood to make (4) snowmen and reindeer sets. When finished they measure approx. 5½”w x 6”h. If you don't have this book, you can order it directly from Karen.
