This design is by Heidi Markish  HM-122 Mittens and Things.  Standing at 29" tall x 21" wide.  You will receive 11 pieces of 3/4", 1/2" and 1/4" to make this box.   If you don't already have this pattern, you can order it directly from Heidi.
